We at Stay Alfred are committed to doing our part to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus and help our communities overcome this threat. Please know that with CDC guidelines for reducing exposure of COVID-19 in mind, Stay Alfred is voluntarily closing all of our properties for an estimated 4-8 weeks, beginning April 1.
If you have booked an upcoming stay with us between April 1 and April 30, we will automatically refund your purchase in full to your original source of payment. There is no action needed on your part in order to receive your refund, and please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
We regret the impact this decision has on your stay and ask for your understanding in this difficult time. If you need to reach us you can call 877-935-8949, but please be aware that hold times are long as we work to help disrupted travelers.
Again, there is no need to call in order to receive your refund.
For guests not impacted by our temporary closure, you still have complete flexibility to rebook with us for a later date at no additional charge. If you wish to change your reservation to a later date, please complete this form. We will provide you with a voucher for later rebooking.
We will prioritize these requests according to check-in date. Please be assured that we will process your request, but due to the very high volume, it may take 15-30 days. Thanks in advance for your patience.
We also want to let you know that we are taking extra steps to protect the health and safety of our guests. We already clean our travel apartments to the strict standards for sanitary conditions set by ISSA (the global cleaning industry association). But we’re also updating our cleaning protocols with guidance from ISSA about coronavirus and undertaking targeted deep cleaning and enhanced sanitation measures across our portfolio.

Terms & Conditions
For check-in dates before April 1, 2020, guests can rebook for check-in dates within two years, applying the full balance paid on the original reservation to a new booking. If the value of the new reservation is higher, the guest must pay the difference. Guests wishing to change reservations must adhere to the process outlined above and initiate the change prior to their check-in date.
For check-in dates between April 1, 2020, and April 30, 2020, reservations are fully refundable.
