Local 360 offers classic American dishes and a full bar with Northwest spirits, Washington wines, and local brews. Local 360 takes pride in serving real whole foods and natural flavorings. The breakfast menu boasts cage-free egg choices galore, as well as options from PB&J Bon Bons to Rabbit Sausage Biscuit Sandwiches. Try the Taylor Shellfish with black mussels, bacon, apple, and shallot. Yum! Dinner at Local 360 means anything from a heart-healthy platter of Ember Roasted Rainbow Carrots to a delicious array of steak frites to choose from. Libations include great mixers like Black Hole Sun with 206 Old Log Cabin Bourbon, Vermouth del Sol, Brovo Amaro, charcoal, and IPA foam. Local 360 is THE place to try out Northwest wines and spirits if you haven’t already, or, you know, even if you have.
For lunch, belly up to the giant communal table, or the bar, or book a private mezzanine at Tavolàta, where handcrafted pasta is king and made fresh daily. Located in the heart of Belltown, Tavolàta features pastas ranging from Rigatoni to Casarecce, from Conchiglie to Linguini. Appetizers you’ll fall prey to--or should--include the delectable Grand Central Baguette or Marinated Caciocavallo with Aged Balsamic. Yum! Next up is pasta. Tavolata has it all. Choose from Tavolata’s array of extruded pastas or sheeted pastas. Or, go with the delicious gnocchi plate, which’ll fill you right up. More entrees at Tavolata include a generous plate of Pork Chops, or Tavolata’s exotic Elderberry Agrodolce with Escarole, Prosciutto, Hazelnut Pangrattato – so good it’ll knock your socks off. Or, try the Scallops with Creamed Farro, Carrot, Citrus, and Hazelnut. Delish! Plus, Tavolata has great Happy Hour food, an extensive wine list, great well drinks, and local brews.
Petra Mediterranean Bistro
Here’s a tasty building amenity. Located onsite, Petra Mediterranean Bistro takes you on a culinary voyage with delicious dishes from Lebanon to Jordan to Greece to the Northern shores of Africa. One of Seattle’s best dining experiences, Petra offers appetizers like Petra Calamari, which is deep-fried calamari topped with house garlic sauce and garnished with parsley and sumac. For entrees, try Taste of Africa, a tender chicken breast served with charbroiled vegetables topped with sautéed garlic, onions and tomatoes in original house spices. Yum. Petra offers an extensive array of vegetarian dishes, too, as well as delectable desserts. We recommend the Diamond Baklawa. It’s stuffed with pistachios and topped with homemade sugar syrup. Petra boasts a great wine and beer list, as well as scrumptious concoctions like their Pomegranate Martini.
